池田 央
Hiroshi Ikeda
东京大学研究生院(教育心理学)毕业,于1965年取得美国伊利诺伊大学的博士学位(Ph.D),归国后在立教大学长期任教。现任立教大学的名誉教授、(株)教育测定研究所董事及(NPO)全国鉴定振兴机构理事长。期间还历任东京工业大学教授、匹兹堡大学富布赖特高级研究员、大学入学考试中心客座教授、放送大学客座教授、日本考试学会理事长等。专业是教育统计学、心理及教育测试学,被誉为日本考试理论的最高权威,在国际上也很有声望。有《行动科学的方法》、《心理学研究法考试7,8》(东大出版会)、《心理测试/学习理论》、《新试题编写法》、《考试与测定》、《调查与测定》、《现代考试理论》等多部著作。目前的研究课题是基于计算机教学的新型评估方法的研究开发。
金谷 宪
Ken Kanatani
东京大学研究生院人文科学研究科硕士毕业,在该校教育研究科以及美国斯坦福大学修完博士课程(取得学分后退学)后,执教于东京学艺大学长达32年。2012年起在该校担任特聘教授。专业为英语教育。研究课题有初中生语句掌握情况的历年变化、及高中英语教学模式的开发等。曾历任全国英语教育学会会长、中教审的外语专门部会委员等职。自1986年起的三年间,曾在NHK三电视英语会话Ⅰ”栏目中担任讲师。自1994年起的两年间曾在NHK广播台“基础英语2础栏目中担任总编。著作有《英语教学的改善方法》(2002,大修馆书店)、《关于事先提供日语译文的尝试》(2004,三省堂)、《英语教育热》(2008,研究社)、《仅凭教科书即可通过大学入学考试》(2009,大修馆)和《改变高中英语教学!》(2011,Aruku,)等。
繁桝 算男
Kazuo Shigemasu
东京大学研究生院(教育心理学)毕业后,于1974年取得美国爱荷华大学博士学位(Ph.D.)。曾任东北大学教育系教授、东京工业大学工学系教授、及综合理工学研究科教授、东京大学综合文化研究科教授等职,现任帝京大学文学系教授、东京大学名誉教授及大学入学考试中心客座教授。期间还担任过日本心理学会理事长、International Meeting of Psychometric Society组织委员会委员长等职。现任Internatinal Congerss of Psychology 2016组织委员会委员长、International Union of Psychological Science理事及日本考试学会副会长。专业为贝叶斯统计学、决策论及人格理论。著作有《贝叶斯统计入门》(东大出版会)、《关于决策的认知统计学》(朝仓书店)、《贝叶斯网络概论》(合著,培风馆)等。
田中 义郎
Yoshiro Tanaka
现任学校法人樱美林学园/樱美林大学校长助理、樱美林大学综合研究机构负责人/高等教育研究所所长、大学Administration研究科教授。1985年获得加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)教育学博士学位(Ph.D.)。曾参与樱美林大学国际系的创立(1989年)。之后历任玉川大学本科及研究生院教授、教育学科负责人等后,自2005年起任樱美林大学研究生院部长及教授,自2007年起任综合研究机构负责人及教授,自2011年起任高等教育研究所所长,自2012年起任校长助理。专业为比较和国际高等教育学。现从事大学课程的分析、开发、运用、评价及世界各国大学入学考试方面的研究。此外还任大学入学考试中心入学者选拔研究机构客座教授、放送大学研究生院客座教授、(财)国际教育振兴会理事、OGFA:Obirin Gakuen Foundation of America理事、有关教育评价的美国大学共同研究中心国际顾问、UCLA=CRESST、UCLA国际教育开发研究中心等国际顾问、East-West Center项目顾问等职。最近的著作有《合著“Access, Equity, and Capacity in Asia Pacific Higher Education (International and Development Education) c,Palgrave Macmillan (2011)》等。
村木 英治
Eiji Muraki
1970年毕业于早稻田大学文学系心理学科。1983年获得芝加哥大学教育学系“测试、评价与统计分析程序”专业的博士学位。毕业后供职于国立舆论调查研究所,从事用于加州教育测试程序等教育评价的心理统计模型开发的研究。自1989年起分别在教育考试机构(ETS)统计部门及计量心理学研究部门、2001年起在ACT担任主任研究员。自2002年起就任东北大学研究生院教育信息学研究部教授。主要研究领域是开发用于计量心理学、教育测试的模型,并发表了多篇的论文。此外,在教育评价工具方面,还从事标准型计算机程序的开发,并积极参加在日本举办的各类学术活动,为日美两国计量心理学的发展作出贡献。
吉田 博彦
Hirohiko Yoshida
初中和高中在神户渡过。1976年自早稻田大学法学系毕业后,经营一家从事海外日本人子女教育、互联网教育等的民间教育公司,。1997年参与创建“教育支援协会”。1999年作为教育领域首家NPO接受经济企划厅(当时)的认证,在全国组织NPO中担任代表理事。提倡“课后教育改革”,与文部科学省及教育委员会展开合作,在全国开展社会教育活动,策划各种教学项目,积极促进提高地方教育水平。2003年在特定非营利活动法人小学英语指导者认定协议会中担任专务理事,指导进行英语教育改革。
